Become a player in the future of artisanal gastronomy
The benchmark for craftsmanship and culinary diversity, inspiring as many people as possible.
Présentation
Who are we?
The Collège Culinaire de Belgique brings together producers, artisans, restaurants, grocers and other food-chain actors united in a common vision: promoting and sustaining artisanal, independent and responsible gastronomy across Belgium. The aim is to enable artisans to make a good living from their trade while ensuring complete transparency towards citizen-consumers.
Faced with increasing industrialisation of food and the standardisation of practices, the Collège Culinaire de Belgique seeks to assert the irreplaceable value of artisans’ know-how and interpersonal skills, thereby creating genuine artisanal intelligence throughout Belgium.
Inspired by its own founding approach, the Collège Culinaire de Belgique is an independent initiative, created by and for artisans in Belgium. Its artisan members form a collective of conviction, open and determined to make craftsmanship the future of gastronomy in Belgium and around the world.
Founded in 2025, the Collège Culinaire de Belgique makes Belgium the third country, after France and Japan, to promote its artisanal gastronomy independently at home and abroad.
